About Us 

The Upper-Room Fellowship was organized at Alphy's Pizza, Smokey Point, WA, in January 1999 as the Fisher's Net Fellowship. Meetings were held initially at the home of David and Beckie Gould in Marysville WA. In March 1999, the meetings were moved to an upstairs rented space in Arlington WA and the name was changed to the Fisher's Net Upper-Room Fellowship. The following year, in June 2000 the Fellowship moved once again to Marysville, leasing space at 1519 9th Street. 

After meeting at the new location until July, 2001, the Fisher's Net Upper-Room Fellowship was reorganized and incorporated as a Washington State Non-Profit Corporation with the present name of The Upper-Room Fellowship. Following incorporation, The Upper-Room Fellowship applied for and received a Charter from Freedom Covenant Global Ministries, thereby being covered under the IRS Group Exemption of FCGM. 

In May 2002, the Lord provided the means for the Fellowship to rent a Church property from Faith Ministries Outreach, and the move was made to 3123 66th Street in Tulalip. What an opportunity to grow and to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

However, once again, this move was only temporary. After two+ years, The Upper-Room Fellowship moved to 2730 A Hoyt Ave in Everett WA, where it would remain for two more years before finally settling at its present location. We are praying for God to supply us with a permanent home of our own which will accomodate a Regional Training Center utilizing the Bible Institute for classroom instruction and the church for practical hands-on work experience, thereby allowing us to train Godly men and women with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to a 21st Century World.
